Lace House
New Farm
Welcome to ‘White Lace‘, a 1920’s cottage conversion in the heart of New Farm. This once neglected colonial Queenslander had been apportioned as two separate units including six bedrooms. James Anthony Construction has now restored it to become a significant home in the much sought after New Farm area. This modern Queenslander now includes five large bedrooms over four floors, peaking in a rooftop deck that captures unique views of the Brisbane cityscape. In order to enhance the privacy of the block the home has been uniquely wrapped in white CNC aluminum screening giving the dramatic white lace effect that is a hallmark of the home.
